10am: Exploring the Lake Trail with Gerri Griswold The Lake Trail is chock full of wonders including the ice house ruins, abundant bird and amphibian life and so much more! 4 – 7pm: Town-Wide Picnic Join us for an afternoon of family fun, food & fellowship! Bring a place setting, picnic blanket or chair & a dish to share (hot, cold or dessert) for a town-wide picnic! Savor hamburgers & hot dogs for sale by the Bethlehem Lions Club. Stroll through the beautiful Ferriday Gardens, participate in children’s games & enjoy musical entertainment courtesy of the Woodbury-Bethlehem Community Music Foundation. 6:30 – 9pm: Farm to Table Lobster Dinner under the Stars Enjoy a delicious dinner prepared right at the vineyard including lobster, clams, mussels, potatoes, corn and watermelon. 1 – 4pm: Make an Herbal Wreath Make a gorgeous herbal wreath for your home. George & Carol McCleary, site horticulturists, will lead the workshops. $25 per wreath for a family or an individual, including materials & admission to the house. Bring your own clippers.
